Artist Alley
During the BETA, artists that focus on original artwork, and are from the following states: Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, & Louisiana; will be prioritized during selection for the Artist Alley.
INSPIRY X is designed to be a discovery platform for artists and their original works.
During the BETA event, artists will receive:
Two entry badges, one 8-foot table and two chairs.
Each table will cost $25.00

Applications

Artificial Intelligence Products
AI products do not align with the purpose of INSPIRY X and are not authorized for commercial activity at INSPIRY X conventions and special events.
Legal, Insurance & Taxes
All artists, exhibitors, and vendors must agree to the INSPIRY X Terms of Service.
Participants are responsible for:
Obtaining insurance for their activities.
Collecting and reporting sales tax in the state of Mississippi as required.
By participating, you agree to follow these guidelines and operate in compliance with event policies.
Communication
The INSPIRY X team is committed to clear and timely communication.
All artists, exhibitors, and vendors will receive designated points of contact, and any important updates will be shared promptly to support smooth planning and decision-making.
Arrival & Setup
INSPIRY X will send arrival instructions and the final setup schedule at least 10 business days before the event.
Venue Services
Venue services such as internet, power, water, food, and storage are managed entirely by the venue, not by INSPIRY X.
We do not control, profit from, or guarantee these services.
Participants should review the venue’s Terms of Use directly on their official website. (James M. Trotter Convention Center, Columbus Mississippi)
INSPIRY X will not collect payments or issue refunds for any venue-managed services.
Data Protection Policy
Refer to the INSPIRY X Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for full details on data protection.
Vendors, exhibitors, and artists who collect personal information (e.g., names, emails, billing info) must provide their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for customers during INSPIRY X events.
INSPIRY X does not guarantee or take responsibility for the privacy practices of individual businesses at our events.
Cancellations
Vendors are financially responsible for no-shows and late cancellations. To avoid penalties, cancellations must be coordinated with the INSPIRY X at least 15 days in advance to allow for wait-listed vendors to take the spot.
For weather-related or emergency cancellations, INSPIRY X will provide early warning and immediate updates. Full details can be found in the INSPIRY X Terms of Service.
Vendor
During the BETA, large vendors will be outdoors in the lower courtyard and are required to provide their own tent for protection from the elements. Each vendor space is 10 ft x 10 ft. Vendors will receive:
Two event badges, tables provided upon request. (Tented vendors typically have their own very specific setup. Request additional accommodation in the application form.)
Each vendor space will cost $25.00. There are 10 vendor spaces available.
